We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to come shape the future of Supercast. We’re leading a revolution in how podcasters make money and you’ll be amplifying our impact by scaling up our sales funnel, shaping all aspects of our go-to-market strategy and influencing all corners of Supercast, including product and culture.


Supercast helps podcasters monetize their passion by making it easy to deliver member-exclusive content to loyal fans, unlocking predictable, recurring revenue in the process. The podcast market is exploding, and our early success with high-profile podcasters has put Supercast at the heart of a movement that empowers content creators to earn money directly from their fans.

A typical day would involve:

  • Reviewing the lead pipeline. Working with the sales team and planning improvements to drive up our % of leads from marketing and improving our overall $ per lead.
  • Planning and creating content to drive more qualified leads by educating podcasters on how they can build a subscription business.
  • Leading creative strategies to inject fun into the buyer journey and help us stand out.
  • Optimizing all of our customer touchpoints to support the sales funnel, including our website, sales presentations, email drips, podcast, paid and social media.

Being a Marketing Manager requires:

  • Proven ability to nurture a funnel and deliver a committed lead value for sales to close.
  • An analytical mindset. Using systems and data to determine how to route, score and nurture leads and knowing which areas of the funnel to optimize.
  • Experience creating a SaaS demand gen strategy, with a strong content focus.
  • A collaborative, cross-functional approach, partnering with sales, product and customer success to ensure our customers get the best experience possible.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of adventure. The sky is the limit and nothing is below you :)
  • Native-level English communication skills. You value empathy and kindness and can articulate yourself clearly with customers and team members.
